Chinese scientists can extract electricity from artificial grass

China has always been named as the country that most pollution energy. But now China has played before a US level Step-by can take electricity from artificial grass, which will have no impact on the environment as coal-fired power plant they are today.

Professor Zhong Lin Wang, who led the project, told his team used a new technology called Triboelectric nano-generator (TENG), a technology that can consolidate the mechanical energy with thermal energy and generate electric power .

The scientists at the University of Southwest Jiatong University in Chengdu, China, have shown that they can download electricity artificial grass when the grass, wind due to natural ventilation. These artificial grass can produce electricity 2,37 Wm-2 levels in parcel size of 1.2 square meters.

However, the project is still in the test yet, but they hope it will have a presence on the market produce energy in a short time ahead.
