Data collected as of September 2015, showed that the market use of mobile phones in the country even more narrow. More than 94 percent of Cambodians have cell phones. Among the 39.9% of smart phones, which can connect with Internet users rose 41 percent from 2014 and 81.5 percent from 2013.
