Savills entering the real estate market of Cambodia



Savills, the property consultancy firm International has signed a contract earlier this month with a real estate consulting firm Keystone turned a local company to become a partner of the company Savills, based in Cambodia.

The decision to come to this country Savills strengthens presence in Asia and increase the presence of Savills in the Asia-Pacific region, up 58 offices operating in 17 countries in the region.

Sunny Soo, Managing Director of Keystone has been working in the real estate market recovery in Malaysia, China and Mongolia since 1997. He arrived in Cambodia in 2010 and continued this same profession in the United Kingdom.

Soo said: 'Hardware of the real estate market are improving rapidly. In a short time interval, the country has become a host of a new breed of world-class project that will change the form of the city's high-rise buildings Beyond recognition. The speed of these developments means that the software must try to follow up and this means consulting a professional real estate is in demand .

Soo said the company Savills regional representative offices in Vietnam, Indochina closely related with the development in the country for more than a decades. Therefore, its expansion into Cambodia through an association with the consultation is just a normal one.



Neil MacGregor, managing director of Savills Vietnam, said: 'International clients of Savills today seek counseling on investment and services others in the country, as well as Indochina. Cooperation with Keystone allows us both sides further enhance skills and strengthen the company Savills throughout the region.

Soo also confirmed that the massive amount of projects currently underway in the real estate market may have a hard time the future due to the lack of readiness and vision plans.

Currently in development, infrastructure, business structure, we expect to see the start of Savills collaboration with Keystone in early 2016.
